Abstract

The legal policy of state recognition of customary law communities during the guided democracy period, the New Order period (New Order), until the reformation period, was carried out carefully by providing four conditions as regulated in the UUPA, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and the forestry and plantation law .
