Abstract

A company, for both employers and workers, basically has an interest in the continuity of the business being carried out. Furthermore, both parties, in turn, will result in the success of the company. Even though both of them have an interest in the success of the company, along the way, it is not inevitable that at least there will be conflicts/disputes between employers and workers
