The medical and social relevance of gout disease in the world is explained by the year-by-year increase in the incidence rate among the population, the decrease in the ability of patients to work, and the increase in disability indicators. In developed countries, "...1% of middle-aged men get sick with gout... it has been found that the incidence of gout has doubled in the last 30 years"1. At present, early diagnosis of damage to the cardiovascular system in patients with gout and prevention of severe complications of the disease, taking into account the pathogenetic aspects of the treatment, and reducing the number of recurrences of the disease, are among the problems that need to be solved in medicine.
