Abstract

Acceleration of technology has given impacts of changing in all aspects of life especially communication and interaction globally. Across the globe, migration, travel, business and international education are facilitating face to face intercultural contact. As we become increasingly interconnected, the demand for individuals who can communicate effectively and appropriately especially the usage of foreign languages with people who have a different cultural/linguistic background becomes ever more pressing.
