In the monograph, the educational, socio-economic life of Turkestan peoples in the 20s of the 20th century, the specific aspects of the traditional and modernization processes of education in Samarkand, the dynamics of the formation of the Soviet system of general education and teacher training, the negative aspects of public education showing the events and their reasons, analyzing the harmful consequences of the spiritual and populist impoverishment of the educational process of public education in the Soviet system and the involvement of compulsory politics.
